Diary of a Gay Disaster
Ellis wakes up in a turbulent fever dream created by the Gods of Sapphic Desire. Mia and Finlay, self-proclaimed expert angel dykes, say she's expected to "reflect" on her life or some crap like that. One magic diary and twelve comical tunes later, these three hot queers learn something important: being a disaster is not a unique talent, it's just embarrassing. Oh well, at least there are sexy togas! Don't miss the debut of this new musical comedy show, featuring a disconcerting amount of oversharing despite the fact that literally nobody asked. Edge of Time
Two women, two different decades, both on the edge. Inspired by the book A Woman on The Edge of Time by Jeremy Gavron, we are sent back in time to the 1960’s and immersed in a dreamworld of original music, as we live through moments in the life of feminist pioneer and leading sociologist Hannah Gavron. Edge of Time is a haunting exploration of the power of hope, and the life affirming journey of breaking free from conformity.
I Wish You Well – The Gwyneth Paltrow Ski-Trial Musical
Our tale tells the (mostly) true story of the campest celebrity trial in history: Gwyneth vs Terry. Packed full of iconic moments, the questions about Taylor Swift, and the now famous whisper of 'I wish you well' – this is a fast-paced parody that sounds as good as Gwyneth's candle smells. Throw in some jade eggs and future classics such as 'Do You Know Taylor?' and 'I'm Gwynnocent', and you have yourself a hilarious musical bursting with heart. Ski you in court!
DIVA: Live From Hell!
Following a critically acclaimed, sell-out run at the Turbine Theatre, Luke Bayer gives a tour-de-force performance in this blood-stained love letter to Broadway – a solo musical about rivalry, vengeance, and killer ambition. As president of the drama club and star of every school show, Desmond Channing spent most of his short life in the spotlight. When a rival student Evan Harris, a hotshot transfer from New York, challenges his throne, Desmond responds as any diva would, with lethal force... Now stuck in the ‘Seventh Circle’, Hell’s most squalid cabaret venue, Desmond is forced to relive his disturbing tale of woe. As we join him and his band for their one-millionth consecutive show, Desmond performs with a desperate vigour in the hopes that he can prove he’s repented and can be freed from this eternal, campy torment! Inspired by All About Eve, this blood-stained love letter to Broadway will have you laughing hysterically and lusting for revenge. Starring Luke Bayer as Desmond, and every other character to boot, this one-act, one-person riot of a show will take you beyond the darkest depths and demonstrate exactly what it takes to earn the title of diva. See you in hell!
